Generate new business opportunities within the BMS/Building Controls space.
Grow excellent customer relationships through a consultative and collaborative working approach, utilising your strong sector experience.
Identify new business growth opportunities through gaining a strong understanding of your regional market trends, competitor insight etc.
Increase Control & More MS in Saudi Arabia, create local go to market strategies, reach the individual sales targets and develop & maintain customer relationships in the designated region to ensure market growth.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
· Read design drawings/tenders and lead the interactions with contractors and consultants.
Get the product/solution approved by consultants and included in their vendor list for future projects.
Solution Proposal making, BoQ & Cost Sheet Preparations, Sales follow ups.

Strong sales management/business development expertise within the BMS sector, with relevant technical experience/qualifications
Excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable presenting your ideas and solutions to a wider and varied market.
A consultative approach and have a thorough understanding of new products to provide our customers with innovative solutions
