A multinational Fast-Food chain is seeing a Hospitality Consultant to cultivate a culture of Hospitality. Based out of their Riyadh head office

You will ensure that employees in your batch consistently display excellent hospitality behaviors, and are well trained to continuously display the required hospitality behaviors and principles that will enable each and every guest to transform our hospitality level and create ‘feel-good moments for every guest.

To embed best hospitality-related best practices in the Restaurant Operations through the role of the Guest Experience Lead.
Build hospitality principles that will foster a consistent display of hospitality behaviors and actions at all times.
Participate in the evaluation of the Guest Experience Lead along with the Store Management team.
Ensure that the hospitality principles are aligned with Company objectives and goals.
Elicit customer feedback on the hospitality experience and ensure/facilitate the required corrective actions.
Leverage the hospitality level of our restaurants by cultivating the hospitality culture.
Oversee the hospitality levels of the restaurant.
Design an effective onboarding program for Guest Experience Lead & Table Servers based on hospitality principles and behaviors.
Coordinate with Training Department in the preparation of training plans for hospitality.
المهارات
3 to 5 years experience in the hospitality industry – specifically Fine Dining Restaurants, 4 or 5 Star Hotels, and similar organizations.
Diploma’s in Hotel Management or Hospitality or any related field.
Displays a very high level of Hospitality Behaviours.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Demonstrable ability to train and transfer skills.
Team Player with strong interpersonal skills.
