Based in Riyadh our global client with 250+ Quick Service Restaurants is hiring an Executive Director of Operations. Reporting to the Vice President to oversee the business’s strategic vision, and lead business decisions to drive company growth. create business plans, improve performance, develop organizational culture, supervise heads of departments, report on revenue, and direct organizational strategy.

This role will be a critical part of the organization and will play a key role in executing a bold strategic plan that will drive the transformation of company operations to deliver winning results combined with disruptive, industry innovation through best-in-class processes and systems and execution of key initiatives for improvement.
You will provide leadership and management for the organization and develop a system-wide strategy roadmap for new development.
Lead portfolio expansion plans.
Serve as an SME on retail and franchise operations. Advance and maintain in-depth knowledge of licensed store requirements, industry compliance, market solutions, and competitive landscape.
Drive strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating industry trends and best practices; anticipating requirements to meet business needs for resilient, reliable, and effective new business lines.
Oversee all facets of new development. Collaborates with management on construction management, new restaurant/ café openings, and renovation projects.
Establish and manage annual operating and capital budgets and expenditures - governing adherence to standards and policies, and that projects do not exceed the budget.
Maintain relevant policies and procedures for compliance and operational risks and determines appropriate risk management strategies.
Ensure brand success as defined by periodic, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
المهارات
12+ years of operating experience in multi-unit, consumer-facing businesses. QSR, restaurant, and/or food-service industry experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
Working proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstratable financial & analytical aptitude for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and interpretation of financial statements
Experience with franchise operations, B2C/retail, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
Critical thinking & creative problem solving
Entrepreneurial approach to work; operates with a high sense of urgency
Effective communication across various levels of leadership
Commitment to honesty, transparency, confidentiality, and integrity
