Follow up Project Planning management
Follow up Project Time schedule
Follow up Project Financial performance s-curves
Follow up Project Cash flows in - out
Follow up Project Quality control plan, standards, and specifications
Follow up Project Communication management plan
Follow up Project Risk management plan
Follow up Project Resource management plan
Follow up Project Procurement, supplies and supply chains
Follow up Project scope management plan (charts - bill of quantities - methods of implementation)
Follow up Project Variations and claims management plan
Coordination with the Contracts and Procurement Department regarding contracts and supplies
Coordination with the financial department regarding expenses, payments, extracts, etc
Coordination with human resources regarding hiring needs
Oversee the design and construction process of a building.
Monitor the progress of the process, making sure it’s on track
Assist in preparing project presentation

المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in architectural engineering
minimum 10 years experience require in the construction industry.
Should have experience in luxury project like palace
Should have experience in fit out construction process.
Should be proficient in AutoCAD , Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office suite is required
Specialist in luxury project and have experience in high end fit out installation
