الوصف الوظيفي The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all activities for sales, resale, lease and rental to ensure that the execution is in accordance with company’s set of objectives, targets, policies and processes. Reports to: Senior Director - Commercial Department: Commercial Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Provide guidance and leadership to the employees of the Sales function to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and ensure that all employees recognize their fundamental role. 2.Ensure the development of strategic goals, business plans, budgets, and resources for the Sales function in accordance with Company overall strategy and direction 3.Provide direction for the development of adequate policies and processes for the Sales function to maintain efficient operational excellence in order to achieve Company overall strategic objectives 4.Promote accountable environment with clear and defined employees’ responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities 5.Align and update the Sales function’s strategic objectives with Company’s overall strategic objectives and ensure mechanism of achieving these objectives 6.Review regularly and suggest any amendments on sales strategies (targets, areas, etc) 7.Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales, resale, lease and rental to have optimal sales results and meeting targets 8.Oversee the development of the preliminary sales forecast to be used as the performance measure throughout the year in the branch to ensure targets are being met, and taking corrective action to ensure these targets are met 9.Oversee the development of customer database and the identification of potential customers 10.Oversee all sales, resale, lease, and rental activities in the branches including sourcing new customers, sale analysis and closing sale transactions 11.Develop sales agreements, discuss, and negotiate all clauses 12.Oversee all individual leasing and renting activities for Company and non-Company properties 13.including sourcing new customer, negotiating resale / lease / rent parameters, lease/ rent 14.Analysis and closing lease / rent transactions 15.Manage all resale, lease agreements including type of lease terms, rent schedule, resale, lease calculations, and other services, other options, i.e.: expansion, renewal, etc in coordination with the Customer Service function in the branch 16.Manage the tenants’ relations, ensure service level goals are met, while championing high levels of service 17.Address tenants’ concerns and complaints, and ensure proper coordination with the Customer Services function in order to rectify and resolve tenants’ issues 18.Maintain a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements 19.Oversee employees’ performance evaluation processes, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on performance appraisal Organizational Relationships: Internal Relationships - General Manager - Sales Managers - Company’s Function Heads (when needed) - Others External Relationships - Clients - Government Entities (when needed) - Sales Agencies (when needed) - Others المهارات 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field 2.(8- 10 years) of solid experience in Real-Estate industry or brokerage 3.Fluent in both English and Arabic Language 4.Preferrable Experience Selling & Auctioning Plots in KSA These skills required: SalesManagement ,Resale ,Lease ,RentManagement ,CustomerFocus ,Marketing ,PublicRelations ,SalesManagement,StrategicPlanning ,Thinking ,Leadership ,Partnering ,RelationshipBuilding ,DecisionMaking ,ManagingPeople ,Negotiation ,Persuasion ,TakingInitiative ,InteractiveCommunication ,TimeManagement ,ProblemSolving تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-manager-4600661/ |
