The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering the project results within a fixed timeframe from project initiating to the project closing.

, budget, scope, and quality. This is a complex and high-profile project with many stakeholders. He will be responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of business and technical changes through the lifecycle of the project. He will be also responsible for regular and effective communication with key stakeholders to report progress, resolve issues and mitigate risks where necessary. He will be required to matrix manage teams to ensure delivery against exacting quality and time pressures, managing conflicting priorities.

1.  Assist the Program Director to implement the Mega Gov. project for the assigned Region, including the project plan and interdependencies.

2.  Create a detailed work

plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete

the project. Review, update and manage the plan as required during all stages

of the Project. Provide accurate and timely reports to ensure governance.

3.  Manage project staff

according to Company policies and procedures.

4. Managing all project phases including envisioning, development, testing and deployment.

5. Defining project scope, goals and deliverables.

6.  Matrix manage multi-disciplinary

teams to deliver the project against agreed success factors.

7.  Work with Functional

managers to ensure supplier relationships are maximized to ensure effective

delivery across the project.

8.  Manage and resolve

escalations and provide affective support to the Program Director

9.  Assist the Program

Director to ensure the project workstreams are effectively defined and planned

and aligned to the overall program.

10.  Liaise with Program

Director to agree list of priorities and manage each to timely conclusion.

11.  Assist the Program

Director to manage key interdependencies within the project and those external

to the project.

12.  Manage all project level risks and issues,

seeking support and direction as required from the Program Director/ Program

Manager and Program Management Office.

13.  Ensure feedback from Quality audits is properly

addressed and corrective actions implemented within the assigned Project.

14.  Manage stakeholders, both internal and external,

including suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

المهارات
A. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Telecom, Communications, Electronics, Electrical, Computers or Networking.
Minimum 4 years of project management experience gained in a related field, with at least 2 years as a project manager with the successful delivery of complex programs.
PMP certified.
Master’s Degree in Engineering Management is a plus.
B. SKILLS

Strong knowledge of RF Communication Systems, Commercial Radio Systems, Transmission Systems SDH/PDH, Networking, Routers, and Switches.
C. COMPETENCIES

Have good customer service skills and be able to explain technical matters in simple terms.
