الوصف الوظيفي A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a must. Sales Manager Responsibilities: • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives • Directing and coordinating all sales activities • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service • Setting discount rates and determining suggested prices schedules • Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients • Setting sales quotas and goals • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities • Defining and executing territory sales plans • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. • Present sales, revenue and reports and realistic forecasts to the management team المهارات • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Successful • previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in trade for at least 5 years (preferable in medical devices, food, herbal products) • Full knowledge about modern trade and traditional trade • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. • Experience managing and directing a sales team. • Dedication to providing great customer service. • Strong oral and written communication skills both Arabic and English • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-manager-4659267/ |
