Responsibilities:
• Set up the business, including license, registration, staffing, and warehouse.
• Formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Set standards and objectives for the area units and departments.
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead the team towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Undertake financial management to ensure the business is on the right track and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
• Saudi Citizen.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, financials, performance evaluation metrics & principles.
