National Service Manager
Manage and oversee service department.
Create and manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Review project engineers’ capabilities.
Apply testing + commissioning procedures.
Carry out all discussions with consultants as per related to variations.
Implement all company procedures related to QA/QC.
Maintain a high daily volume of activity strategy for the department including outbound calls, emails, visits, meetings.
Supervise and train internal engineers to enhance productivity.
Liaison with the client or client representative at handover ensuring the availability and suitability of as fitted drawings and associated operations and maintenance manuals.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Have a clear vision of project goals and know how to delegate effectively.
Proven command of engineering and technical concepts for offering comprehensive solutions.
Well-versed in utilizing technical knowledge and tools as per requirement.
Demonstrate managemental and technical skills.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
Email profession with MS office.
