Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years construction experience, at least 5 years experience in the procurement of materials, quality control, and inspection organizations.
- Must have strong technical and administrative background to satisfy reporting and documentation requirements.
- Very good English speakers
