Maintenance Manager

Directs and coordinates the planning and execution of maintenance, repair and constructions work of building, grounds and utilities systems. Directs the staff to ensure scheduling of plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and gardening. Etc… Establishes priorities of work orders based on medical centers needs. Implements preventive maintenance programs required by regulatory agencies. Develops and implements department policies and procedures. Measures work flow and complies productivity reports to ensure proper utilization of manpower and adequate staffing.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in engineering from a recogainized university.
Minimum of Ten (10) years experience related building trades experience including at least five years in a supervisory capacity in a medical/Hospital facility.
