Primary Responsibilities
 Lead process for plant to be certified for ISO 9001 and SASO requirements
 Follow guidelines as per QA manuals and implement third party manufacturing standards
 Develop procedures to ensure adequate formulation management
 Initiates plans and develop processes and projects to define and implement assurance practices in manufacturing operations in line with organizational policies, standards and guidelines.
 Ensure overall Quality control of processes, raw materials and products in line with regulatory and industrial standards.
 Ensure all external regulatory frameworks translated to company policies are implemented.
 Has knowledge of government laws and regulations affecting company’s business area and ability to interpret.
 Ensure production process runs in predefined condition.
 Process improvements and /or developments in the area of quality.
 Deals with dysfunctions in terms of quality. Use expertise in analysis, proposes and evaluate results of corrective actions.
 Analyze and evaluates modification techniques, validates Quality control and quality assurance
 Verify / develop procedures and specifications and ensure their implementation.
 Endeavors to create a work environment & systems, for the Plant QA lab, which results in satisfied internal as well as external customers
 Coordinates with manufacturing and other internal departments to define and resole product quality problems.
 Meets and exceeds the quality objective (KPI) set by the management
 Meet all requirements of QMS, and any other PQA systems.
 Ensures timely updating of the test results and validation in the LIMS computer system
 Ensures the shared data and documents are released as per agreed time/KPI
 Ensures Test Method Assessment & Test Process Check implementation, evaluates SQC to maintain the integrity of test equipment’s.
 Reviews and approves MOC, CAPA, and QDR & lab Customer Complaint’s Responsible for vendor evaluation and selection of suppliers for Lab (CAPEX)

• Leadership: Ability to lead teams even where there is no line authority. Must have demonstrated good influencing skills. Demonstrate significant personal autonomy and team leader authority in designated areas. Give specific coaching to others to assist their performance.
• Business awareness- Demonstrates understanding of internal and external customer needs and exceeds expectations.
• Creativity & Innovative: Should be open to new ideas and constantly strive to look for and adopt newer ways of doing things in a safe and efficient manner.• Others : Knowledge of EMS/ OHSAS standards
