الوصف الوظيفي • Plan the process with analyzing the current orders, projection orders, materials and forecasting the production. • Calculate Estimates to complete, Estimate at Completion, Cost & Schedule Performance Indexes and Cost & Schedule Variances. • Ensure all detail planning is performed in a highly professional manner with the desired level of accuracy and in line with the Company objectives. • Generate reports related to the Production activities for presenting to the Management for strategic decisions • Plan and schedule workflow for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. • Plan sequence of installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers. • Monitor the material and tooling availability when scheduling work to produce the daily work plan. • Develop recovery schedules as required to accommodate manpower, material, and/or tooling shortages. • Develop visibility within the Production to show manpower, tooling, and material status. • Work closely with production personnel to ensure the plans produced are realistic, achievable and feasible. • Coordinate with production personnel to evaluate, plan, and schedule new proposals or customer requested work scope changes. • Keep production, planning and inspection supervisors informed of progress and notifying them of any exceptional situations requiring special actions. • Track and display work progress against the planned schedule and make detailed reports about each cycle in the manufacturing process. • Coordinate and liaise on orders received and orders forecast • Ensure that there are adequate quantities of supplies to meet planned production schedules.
