Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify and solicit sources of business.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Builds rapport and actively qualify each business opportunity.
• Ensure proper awareness is created.
• Respond to enquiries/requests for group business in a timely manner.
• Achieve established revenue goals and reports monthly.
• Understand and achieve both team and individual goals.
• Maintain relationship with customer through thank-you letters and follow up calls to increase repeat business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain account files.
• Responsible for the sales budget, and to work within them.
• Assist Division Head to prepare the Annual Sales Plan and strategies.
• Compile a detailed monthly report on Sales activities.
• Plan and participate in all Sales activities
• Compile a comprehensive mailing list for accounts.

• Strong English skills in reading, Speaking and writing
• Negotiation, Persuasion, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Computer Skills ( Microsoft Office; Word, Power Point, Excel).
• Strong ability in research and strategy
• Good Project Management Skills
• Excellent Business Intelligence
