1. Update the Master Data in the SAP inventory catalogue and insure its reliability.
2. Suggest material solutions and courses of action for procurement in coordination with senior team members regarding YASREF’s materials requirements.
3. Assist in the evaluation and reviewing of conformity of requested parts against the required specification criteria to ensure accurate stock coding of the parts.
4. Attend and participate in team meetings and conferences; assist in development of project plans for materials department.
5. Assist in conducting various tests and quality checks as required on raw materials or finished products to ensure they meet the targeted standards. Produce quality reports for future assessment use.
6. Develop, prepare and present relevant reports as required.
7. Support in conducting data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and updated inventory catalogues.
8. Assist in the analysis of product failure rate and determining the source of problems.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
