Job Objective:

Provide an expert advice and guidance to the P&CEO;in matters related to the refinery’s operations, business planning and overall business strategy. Contribute and support withdeep understanding and knowledge on the subjects of refining industry, current trends, challenges, and opportunities. Review and assess the performance of the refinery, identify areas for improvement, conduct studies and benchmarks, and develop strategies for growth and expansion.

Minimum Requirements: 

Years of Work Experience:

Eighteen (18) years of experience in an Oil &Gas;, of which at least five (5) years in supervisory position.
