General Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of Experience in Web Designing with good attending work history and behavior with the previous companies.
- Have built or be a part of a team who built a big online project.
- Understanding SEO Principles and techniques.
- Understanding the Site Design customization to to fit the international site loading time rules and statistics.
Technical Background:
- HTML , CSS , XHTML Handwriting is a must.
- Talent in design, choosing the colors and styles.
- Photoshop, and any Illustration software is a must.
- Understanding creating animated objects using Photoshop or Flash.
Additional abilities:
- Javascript is a plus.
- Actionscripting is a plus.
