-Bachelor of Engineering Communication, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience required
-Fluent in English Written and spoken.
-Experience in telecommunications SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO Asterisk IP PBX VOIP
-Experience with IPTelephony, Data Networks, IP-PBX, Contact Center Solutions
-Must have good knowledge of Linux administration.
-In depth understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, DMTF interworking
-In depth understanding routing network elements and data centers
-Hands on experience configuring PBXs, routers and switches
-Experience with Asterisk IP PBX trunking and SIP connect.
-Knowledge of Apache, MySQL administration is preferred
-CCNA is highly preferred
