The country Manager for Egypt will have hands-on responsibility for both client acquisition and search execution.
He/she will, on a retainer and exclusivity basis, perform executive search assignments
For senior management positions for clients. The focus will be Egypt ,but the person
Might also work across all of Middle East &Africa;(MEA) within selected industry groups.
The key responsibilities of the country Manager/senior consultant for Egypt will be:
Business development.
Building and managing relationships with clients and executives.*
* Execution of senior level executive search assignments, whether developed alone Or by other parts of the organization.
* PR and positioning of the executive search firm towards the local market.
Ideally be part of one or more cross-border industry practice groups. *
Managerial responsibility of local team.
* Administration of the company and office.
* Ideally a Middle-East national, but nationality will be considered as long as the
Person has significant executive search experience in Egypt.
* Excellent communication and social skills.
* Remarkable track record in executive search industry, including both client
acquisition and search execution.
* High-level proficiency in business English is a must , fluent spoken and written
Arabic is ideal, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
* Highly self –motivated and able to operate autonomously within an informal
Organizational structure.
* Highest possible ethical and professional standards.
* Entrepreneurial- able to build business and should rather see this as an
Opportunity to build a business inside a business, than an employer-employee
relationship.
* Highly international mindset.
* Humble , practical , hands-on attitude, flexible, able to cope with high level
management consulting issues as well as practical daily duties. 
Experience not less than 10 years in the field
