• Tasks & responsibilities:
• Conducts cash report on a daily basis to determine treasury credit balance, state notes and cash deposits in order to complete the bank report that grants information about our banks’ accounts
• Reconciles expenses and dues to follow up on treasury balance
• Follows up on the public sector account to control its credit and submits a public sector report to the general manager, sales manager and P&G;• Writes the daily checks to be submitted to P&G;to get imported goods
• Controls the treasury account on a daily basis to monitor the treasury daily actions regarding the treasury sheet
• Conducts a control of the treasury account on a daily basis to monitor the treasury actions regarding the treasury sheet
• Treasury inventory control twice a week to monitor the treasury account including the employees dues and submit them to the accounting manager
