Cisco Account Manager:
Job Description
Handle Cisco Business with a List of Resellers accounts and develop strategic relationship
With them and Achieve Quarterly Sales Target with these resellers.
Acting as a main contact person between these resellers and Metra.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Resellers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
Reviewing Resellers’ Credit Limit frequently and make sure it is in line with potential Business with these
Resellers and helping in resolving any Credit issues.
Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers in these accounts.
Develop -with the Sales Manager & Business Development Executive -a Quarterly action plan for Recruiting,
Enabling and helping resellers to grow their business and secure Reseller Loyalty.
Communicating with Cisco Account Managers on existing & Potential Opportunities to share information
And getting special Discounts to secure these opportunities with this Reseller and arranging meeting with Reseller,
End Customer& Cisco Account Manager- If needed.
Working with Metra Presales Executive to provide technical help and advices to Resellers.
Reserving Products to Resellers till issuing PO based on Company Policy.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Regularly checking the progress of existing orders and report expected delay to the reseller.
Checking quantities of goods in stock and address items Shortage.
Reviewing PO Prices and Terms & Condition and make sure it aligned with Company Policy.
Reviewing the sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Generate, track and report sales proposals and leads. Follow up on projects and close deals.
Preparing pipeline and forecast for managed reseller.
Prepare and submit relevant reports to the Sales Manager and Top Management
Attend training classes as offered or directed.
Representing Metra in at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations-If Needed.
Keeping up to date on trends, industry, competitors, etc
Adding New Resellers to Existing Metra Database
Requirements:-
Bsc. Engineering (Communication or Computer Science)
3+ years recent Cisco /Networking Solutions sales experience
Holding Cisco Certificate is a plus (CCNA, CCNP,)
Demonstrated technical and product knowledge of Cisco/network solutions
Proven record of success achieving / exceeding sales targets and goals
Self motivated / highly driven
Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and organization skills
Sales experience in both Hardware & Software Solutions
V Product Specifications Specialist:
English Language proficiency is a must. Computer Science and SAP awareness are also essential.
The main activities include:
Creation and Maintenance of Part Numbers,
Assigning suitable Product Specification/ Description, Product Category, Brand, MPN etc ,
apart from Business related attributes like Organizational Data, Sales Org, Purchasing Data,
& information on Accounting and Costing views for all Items
Liaising with departments, mainly Product Management, Finance, Sales and Purchasing.
Interacting with Vendors to obtain additional Information on New Products from Vendor’s Price Lists,
Product Catalogues and Internet and use them as appropriate to update Metra’s SAP System.
The Product Specification Specialist is responsible for the Overall Data Integrity related to Material Master,
Duties:
1. Receive Requests for New Part Number (Article Number) Creation from Product Managers.
2. Liaise with Product Managers to understand the Product.
3. Gather all information/ specs necessary to create Part Numbers from various relevant Sources
& add items to the System
4. Periodic review of Master Data & error elimination
5. Ensure that Substitutes / Replacement / Overriding Products are tracked in the system,
So that historic data is carried forward
6. Ensure that Data is Accurate & Updated in the System at any point of time
Will be reporting to the Purchasing Department.
