Position Basic Purpose
The Group E-Marketing Supervisor would be responsible for developing, managing and continuously improving The company Group online marketing communications channels to support the company’s integrated corporate marketing and communication goals. The position would require close cooperation with other marketing members and Center of Excellence COEs to effectively implement online marketing activities set to achieve The company business goals.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
• Working closely with other marketing team members and COEs, the E-Marketing Specialist will develop and execute The company Group online marketing strategy that is aligned with strategic business goals.
• Fully responsible for managing the creation, development and update of the Group official websites and any other required sub/products sites.
• Create a comprehensive social media strategy for promoting our products and services by dealing with our customers through face book and twitter – and monitor , interact and respond to them as appropriate to align servicing their needs with our corporate objectives.
• Responsible for all online marketing promotional campaigns including regular communications such as electronic newsletters and product-specific marketing communications
• To create and manage a cost effective SEO strategy from The company Group online websites
• Drive qualified traffic through paid search online marketing channels and develop new traffic drivers that increase qualified visitors to the site over time.
• Working closely with the marketing communications team, events specialist and media relations specialist, to integrate online marketing activities with other communications channels to ensure promotions are coordinated and messaging is consistent.
• Manage relationships with IT and outside development agencies, oversee execution of all initiatives, prioritize and manage projects to timelines, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with territory marketing departments, center of excellence, functions and outside agencies to create and implement online marketing promotions and update website content.
• Review current industry trends and make recommendations based on industry trends and competitive activities
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
• Provide monthly Web analytics reports to marketing manager, with a focus on marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous advertising improvement.
Position Qualifications Requirements
• 6 or more years of experience in the marketing field with solid online marketing experience
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
