Power Systems Projects Management Mgr.
Education: BSc. In Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience:
1. 8-10 years in leading and managing a projects management team of at least 10-15 persons.
2. Involved in projects of at least 7-10 M$ per project.
3. Working for a reputable firm.
4. Preferably involved in projects outside Egypt
5. Extensive knowledge of project management activities, including Gantt charts, cost and resources assignment and tracking, critical path handling, milestones and contracts management, risk and liabilities mitigation, etc. preferably within the Electric Power as well as the Oil and Gas industries.
6. Extensive experience with contract administration norms and standards, e.g. FIDIC.
General:
1. Good command of the English language. Good command of other languages will be highly regarded.
2. Good command and usage of different computer software, including Excel, Words, Power Point, MS projects, Auto Cad, etc.
3. High communication skills
4. Leadership, and team building capabilities
5. Ability to work in multi-culture and multi-ethnic environment.
6. Self-motivated, and the ability to motivate others.
7. Process oriented and creator.
8. Ability for extensive travel, and at short notice.
