Responsibilities
o Designing, installing and maintaining Panasonic, Avaya, Nortel and VoIP (H323-SIP- .... etc.) and telephony products includes ensuring that network communications is functioning efficiently and effectively. This involves programming communication networks and software, upgrading communication networks and providing technical support and training for employees or customers who use these systems.
Qualifications:
• Communication and electronics engineering Bachelor degree.
• Experience 3-5 years in the same position
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Expert knowledge of VoIP (H.323 and SIP) and TDM (ISDN)
• Advanced knowledge of Panasonic, Avaya and Nortel.
