Export Sales Manager

Work Activities (primarily but not limited to)
- Marketing and selling Mifad products and services to overseas customers in Arab Countries and Africa regions.
- Research potential markets.
- Plans and organize sales & marketing activities such as sales campaigns suitable for the country Mifad is wishing to sell in.
- Process orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, they may have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur.
- Producing marketing plans, budgets and sales reports for discussion by company management
- Negotiate contracts, provide quotations and arrange the transport of goods. Responsible for drawing up tender documents when required.
- Organize sales briefings and conferences.
- Visit international trade fairs.
- Liaisons between company and customers on technical support and issues.

- Good organizational skills.
- The ability to work to deadline.
- Good communication skills are vital.
- Self-motivated, winner spirit, and dynamic initiatives as you would manage yourself most of the time. 
- As so much business is conducted over the telephone, you must have a clear speaking voice. You must be able to explain complex issues to clients in a clear and simple way. You also need to have high self-confidence and good persuasive and negotiating skills.
- 5 – 7 years in export sales experienced in relative countries.
- Legal knowledge of foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations is necessary.
- Knowledge of consumer tastes and the cultural and political background of the countries they are responsible for, in order to decide what to sell and how to sell it.
- Working hours are often long and he would travel more than 50 % of the year.
- English language proficiency and + French language is advantageous.
- Good Knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
