1- Responsible for the Sales of BMS & Home Automation Systems to ensure that annual personal and department sales volume are achieved. 3- Delivery of various pre-sales activities - including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings, proof of concepts and Workshops...etc. 4- Formulate responses for tender submissions 5- Following up undergoing and upcoming projects with contractors 6- Maintaining the relationship and continuously visiting MEP consultants to market and specify our products and systems, and actively seek new business opportunities in line with department targets. 7- Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information to the Sales Manager or the General Manager. 8- Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints. 9- Provide assistance to Projects function, in particular in the fulfillment of technical and design responses already sold. |
