We are expanding fast and are looking for experienced Business Development ( Junior / Senior )to join our Hurghada team.
• You will be highly motivated, energetic, intelligent and articulate with experience in Property sales.
• You must have the ability to develop relationships as well as create new ones, close deals and meet strict targets.
• You will prospect for new real estate broker clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues.

The suitably qualified candidate will be asked to
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and to prospect for new clients to build company revenues, prospect for new real estate broker clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues.
• Provide client training to ensure efficient use of the service to achieve good roll,
• Providing performance regular reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention
• Hit online and offline sales revenue targets
Job Requirements
You will be highly motivated, energetic, intelligent and articulate with experience in Social media sales or Property sales. You must have the ability to develop relationships, close deals and meet strict targets .

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
2. Be exceptionally well presented
3. Have at least 3years of professional sales experience, preferably in online media or property with a history of achieving sales target
4. A strong and proactive work ethic
5. be highly computer literate, adept at excel & PowerPoint & highly online .
6. Be capable of dealing with senior management & CEO .
7. Assertive, influential and HIGHLY MOTIVATED
8. Ambitious, Positive and committed attitude
9. Ability to work in a target driven company such as ours
10. Preferable resident in Hurghada
