We are looking for highly creative senior and intermediate designers who are passionate about design and take leader ship in design concept. Proficiency in conceptual design, schematic design, space planning and presentation are necessary and the ability to describe architectural ideas by sketching and computer modeling in necessity .the qualified candidate must be able to quickly and readily generate concepts in a fast paced environment.
These positions required excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written .He /she will use their high level technical/computer design skills to turn ideas into reality .
Technical skills in sketch up and adobe creative suite skills are required, while Revit/Archicad knowledge is a big plus.
Qualifications for designers:
• 2-5 years of architecture experience required
• ability to work independently and in teamwork environment is a must
• ability to communicate ideas in an efficient and inspiring way
• great leader ship skills to lead the design team
Qualifications for intermediate designers
• 3 years of high density multifamily housing experience is strongly preferred
• ability to work independently and in a team environment is a must
• should have a good experience in the following software:
Autocad-3d studio max – adobe Photoshop- adobe in-design –sketch-up
