Job Responsibilities:
• Install and configure Cisco Unified Communications products including “CUCM, CUC, CUPS, Jabber, and UCCX”.
• Install and configure Cisco Telepresence products including “Endpoints, TMS, MCU, VCS, and TCS”.
• Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the UC network.
• Analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions.
• Install and configure voice Gateways, CUBE, and Gatekeepers as part of the IP telephony system.
• Install and configure LAN switches.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.
• Key player in the design and implementation of full-life cycle Cisco Collaboration projects.
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice and data network issues.
• Provide technology leadership to other members of voice team.
Job Qualifications:
• Hands on experience with installing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications, Unity, Presence, and UCCX
• Hands on experience with installing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications, Unity, Presence, and UCCX
• Hands on experience with creating and maintaining UCCX scripts
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and ability to install and troubleshoot LANs
• Experience designing UC network solutions given client requirements and goals
• CCVP certification mandatory.
• Ability to manage and coordinate projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated and desire to succeed.
