Job purpose:
The key purpose of the job is to reconstruct the Company around markets rather than products and operations, and create an employee culture that is responsive to customers and changing market conditions.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver marketing plan according to Company strategic objectives
• Work closely with Sales and Procurement in product sourcing and product development to create value and serve product positioning in the market
• Plan entering new markets, addressing new customer segments, and launching new product lines.
• Work with functional owners in setting and updating pricing strategy that is aligned with cost structure, products positioning and competitive environment
• Organize and manage Company participation in events, seminars, and exhibitions, and engage with external stakeholders to promote company brand and product lines.
• Manage Marketing channels, including public relations, web site and social media, and advertisement channels.
• Establish and manage market intelligence function and build customer feedback channels that measure and report on customer satisfaction on quarterly basis.
• Manage the design and production of marketing materials.
• Conduct internal awareness session and marketing and sales.
Key qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing planning and execution
• Experience in conducting marketing researches and competitive intelligence programs
• Experience in product design, development, pricing, and positioning
• Business administration post graduate certificate is an asset
• Engineering Background is an asset
