For a recently established Real Estate Company in Cairo is seeking to hire telesales agent
Duties and responsibilities:
• Handle potential purchasers telephone inquiries
• Arrange for potential purchasers to visit our office
• Follow up with potential purchasers via telephone, email etc.
• Research required information using available resources
• Provide clients with product and service information
• Enter new client information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
• +1 year experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Communication skills
• Commercial awareness
