Job description:
1.Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance based on best planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
2.Maintain a system of work order, spare parts, and maintenance history of the plant equipment
3.Daily meeting with the production team to follow up the production and analyze the down time
4.Monitor and inventories of the spare parts, maintenance supplier and make ordering
5.Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendation for improving plant operation and solving maintenance related problems
6.Ensure that the maintenance team is adequately trained, equipped and motivate so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in safe, timely and effective manner
7.Monitor and update the training manuals
8.Initiate and carry out project that improve efficiency and reduce town time of the plant
9.Monitor the stand by equipment and keep weekly report on its condition
10.Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as maintenance coast, schedule compliance, etc
11.Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
12.Identify and develop highest maintenance standard for machine directly effecting the quality of the product
13.Plan and develop necessary resources to carryout maintenance jobs as per schedule, with zero non-conformity
14.Achieve zero leakage and breakdown in chemical and utility area
15.Indigenous development of spare parts
16.Control of minimum stock of consumable
17.Ensure life value analysis for spare parts and consumable
18.Help project department for the maintenance and overhauling of machines to avoid repetitive work
19.Implementation of suggestion schemes
20.Identification of area of improvement and implementation of action plan
21.Preparation, implementation and review of maintenance system
Job Qualifications:
1. B.SC of Mechanical Engineer
2. Experience from 10:20 Years
3. MBA is a must
4.Strong Leadership & Supervisory skills
5.Developed ability to work in a fast pace atmosphere, fast response to problems & emergencies.
6.Conflict Management & Negotiation skills
7.Active - Energetic - Capable of performing more than one task at the same time
