Responsibilities:
• Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification according to the monthly and annual target.
• Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
• Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with clients and managers.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Making calls to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
• Developing and retaining customers by offering customized and strategic solutions of their needs.
• continuing engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.
• Understanding each assigned customer’s business model and competitive advantages.
• Organizing, updating and keeping records of customer information.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction job requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 - 2 years’ experience.
• good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Very good English skills.
