HR Manager

Our Client is a well-known IT company based in Cairo, Egypt is looking for “HR Manager” .

Location :- Cairo

Duties and Responsibilities :-
1- Responsible for on-boarding of new joiners.
2- Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals.
3- Capacity planning. Resource manager needs to make sure that their organization’s resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects.
4- Supporting project managers in ongoing resource management efforts.
5- Spot problems: employee overutilization, uneven workload, or overtime. A resource manager step in and help PMs by reallocating resources, adjusting goals or requirements, or assigning new people to the team.
6- Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Practice Leaders to address and solve those issues.
8- Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting deliverables due to resourcing.
9- Identify potential resourcing or process issues and present to Delivery Leadership Team with resolutions to such issues where applicable.
10- Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members.

REQIRMENT :-
1- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in an area of specialty.
2- Experience :- 5 - 10 years , Requires 2+ years of experience as a resource manager and project management experience in software solutions industry.
3-Managing large and complex projects on ERP or other Frame-works with virtual teams in different geographies.
