Job description:
1. Conducting site inspections during the construction phase of projects
2. Providing technical support to the engineering team in the implementation of projects such as planning mechanical systems; piping, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, etc.
3. Able to create accurate sketches, reports, and project documents
4. Ensure that mechanical systems comply with the required technical specifications and safety standards
5. Coordinating with technicians in the development and maintenance of systems
6. Responsible for providing technical reports for the purchase of equipment
7. Preparing the bill of quantities for the project and following up on project requirements.
8. Assisting senior engineers in various engineering and design activities
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Previous experience on sites +1 year
- Previous experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and firefighting systems is preferred
- Proficiency in written and verbal English language skills
- Proficient in the following software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Have a high level of commitment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
