Grand Plaza Hotel & Resort Hurghada is searching for highly experienced EAM who will be in charge of F&B;operation in 2 properties
EAM will assist the General Manager in ensuring that all F&B;aspects of the hotel are operated to the standards and financial guidelines.
He will deputize for the General Manager in his absence and is responsible for the day to day business with a special accent on guest relations. In his role he will not take strategic decisions (mid- and long term) with commitment for the operation .
