Dolphin World Egypt in Hurghada is looking for an experienced marketing & sales executive to develop and maintain marketing strategies, manage promotional activities and meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
-Training and disciplining new employees
-Implementing product quality, and customer-service standards
-Identifying marketing opportunities by monitoring customer requirements and competitor’s share
-Establishing partnership relations with international travel companies
-Accomplishing sales objectives by attracting new customers
-Developing and implementing advertising campaigns
-Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
British, German or Dutch native.
Business or marketing-related education.
3 years previous experience preferred.
Good knowledge of local tourism market.
Outstanding communication and negotiation.
