Job Description:
• Assists in new employee orientation program.
• Develop and facilitate entertainment, rewards and recognition tools for blue collars
• Manages business card orders.
• Train and develop the receptionist and delegate to her appropriate tasks.
• Meeting rooms booking and arrangements.
• Supports LMT members on miscellaneous HR & admin tasks and projects as required (recruitment, translation, reports...etc).
• Coordinates training activities and handles all relevant processes as per needed approvals & policies (plan, budget, liaison with third parties, cost control, training assessment, reporting).
• Arranges GM calendar/agenda and handles GM correspondences (office post) and prepares edits and archives hard copy & electronic files.
• Assists GM with communication with internal parties as requested (following up on meetings’ agreed actions & tasks, attaining information...)
• Manages guests’ visits (agendas, transportation, flights, accommodations, hospitality, entertainment...etc).
Job Requirements:
• Female
• Resident of 6th of October city
• 2-5 years of experience in HR field.
• experience in training coordination or customer service is an advanced
• Fluent in English language
• Good user of Outlook/Word/Excel
