الوصف الوظيفي
• To ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S;) policy and quality management systems during the shift.
• To apply and follow up all the production shift activities, following production plan in order to achieve the overall plant production plan.
• To take the necessary operation decisions and actions during the shift in order to achieve the production and quality KPI’s, maintaining manpower and equipment safe working conditions, and minimizing yield losses.
• To ensure the application of the production standard operating procedures by the shift crew.
• To Promote the crew response towards plant stoppages; taking corrective and preventive actions, and to Co-ordinate with other department’s representatives in order to maintain smooth operation during the shift.
• To prepare the necessary shift hand over reports, analysis reports…etc.
• To prepare for the planned/unplanned shutdowns within production plan.
• To follow the information system within the overall plant information policy.
• To prepare modifications proposals for department manager to improve safety, quality, cost, and / or plant performance.
• To perform the necessary on job training for either shift crew or the newly hired manpower under his responsibility.
• Follow up shift crew attendance and discipline within the shift.
