1. Developing a computerized customer database system for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
2. Seeking new clients and project opportunities through different research channels : Internet, Social Media etc…
3. Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations to the clients, having researched their business and requirements.
4. Preparing technical & financial offers for all tenders.
5. Updating the company’s profile.
6. Updating the company’s website contents.
7. Organizing the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
8. Planning and executing printing marketing materials.
9. Conducting client satisfactory surveys.
10. Preparing monthly and yearly activity reports and market analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. 2-4 years’ of experience in (Business Development/ Marketing/ Sales) Fields.
3. Ability to multi-task under pressure and manage their time effectively using a time management system to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent English & Arabic oral (presentations) and written (reports) communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
5. Must be self-motivated and well organized to work independently or under minimum supervision.
6. Excellent use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
7. Ability to conduct extensive research through the internet.
