Change control, commercial management
Prepare cash flows, update cost plans
Variations- Identification, Preparation, substantiation and negotiations with the client
Monthly CVR reports
Monthly Payment Applications, negotiating certifications from client
Sub-contracts procurement and managementCost Control reviews

Requirements
University Qualifications: any
Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 3-4 years managerial experience is a must
Specialist knowledge: Accounting Experience
GCC Experience is must
QS, Claims, Pre – Post tender experience
Age Range: below 45
Language Fluency: English
Current Location: UAE only
