PRINCIPLE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the implementation of all new projects in the division to achieve the specified goals within the assigned deadlines
PROFILE SPECIFICATION
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Educated to University degree level or equivalent ( preferred Business Administration degree )
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in analysing procurement date (spend, recurrent orders…)
• Proven track record in supporting with admin tasks
• Experience in in creating reports, graphics, presentations, another documents • Very good knowledge in financial and procurements matters
COMPETENCIES:
• Excellent organisational ability
• Proven capability to priorities, solve problems, handle conflict and cope with stress
• team player, able to work collaboratively with others, resolve issues and build relationships
• Able to communicate well – an excellent listener with the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively
• Excellent computer literacy
• Able to operate in an English language environment – literacy in other languages would be an asset
