الوصف الوظيفي Job Description as follows: Management of construction teams through the construction phases, internal and external resources Oversee and manage the entire project cycle from project inception to project closure Oversee the project planning in order to accomplish its goals and achieve project completion within the constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards Ensure effective communication internally and with all stakeholders, external authorities, consultants and project manager Oversee the assembly of the Project Team, identification of needed resources, assignment of responsibilities and development of time frames to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables Prepare technical /project components for information packages, such as RFPs and project briefs for projects to issue to consultants and other project participants in consultation with Stakeholders, consultants and the Project Team; Evaluate consultant proposals and make recommendations; Manage project schedules in consultation with Project Controls, consultants and project manager Provide, recommend and justify alternatives to proposed project by consultant wherever appropriate to streamline the project delivery process Liaise, coordinate and resolve project-specific technical issues with the stakeholders, consultants and project manager Obtain approval from key Stakeholders as required during the project cycle Review and monitoring of project activities of consultants, contractors and project manager; Monitor project progress and coordinate with project manager Review and comment project submittals to ensure compliance with the project requirements; Manage project manager and consultant documentation output to minimize material and operational costs balanced with quality output considerations Evaluate technical and financial issues of Tenders and make recommendations in consultation with project controls, consultants and the project managers; Oversee the development of alternate plans in the event of unforeseen contingencies, such as work stoppages, material shortages, material rejections, new priorities and related production problems or adjustments; Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget Assess and approve completion sign-offs by consultants and the project manager Provide status reports as defined by procedures and policies to Senior Management Coordinate and interface with construction and commercial departments Liaise with the project stakeholders, QA/QC and HSSE.
