• Monitor salary structures,
• Balance staffing needs with cost controls , and ensure that policies
• Procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
• Developing, implementing and managing salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees of an organization.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required
• Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports
• Direct the administration of staff benefit programs
• Process monthly billings and serve as resource person on staff benefits
• Coordinate activities between the company and insurance carriers
• Assist employees with claims problems
• Ensure proper maintenance of personal records of employees on matters such as contracts, wages, leave and training
• Prepare and process employment and personnel reports and surveys
• Audit and maintain personnel files on all new staff and the company
• Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
• Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management
• Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
• Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of HR team to create a high performing talent pool
المهارات
• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as Payroll Manager in major firm.
• Experience in setting up HR policies and process
• A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR from a reputed university
• Demonstrating financial management and budgeting skills
• Making informed decisions based on data and statistics
• Structuring compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success
• Identifying ways to develop and conserve human resources
• Leveraging advanced knowledge and skills to succeed as an HR compensation and benefits manager
• Expertise in local laws, regulations, jurisdiction and contracts.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.• .
