• Proficient in Business Process Modeling (Using UML and/or BPMN)
• Proficient in business and requirement analysis and related documentation
• Knowledgeable in Agile User Stories
• Knowledgeable in writing test cases
• Certified business analysis professional (CBAP)
• Desired – previous project experience in BPMS Platform such as open text , IBM case manager or any other platform
