Responsible for inspecting and auditing based on the assigned Quality Assurance schedule in order to ensure the compliance with FSMS (Food Safety Management System and ADFCA (Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority) and implement identified correct actions.
المهارات
• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or equivalent courses desirable
• Certificate in Food and Beverage / HACCP or Food Hygiene Training
• Minimum 2 years of food hygiene experience in Hospitality and VVIP client services as a facilitator /promoter /coordinator.
