الوصف الوظيفي
a) Ensure that O&M;– Landscape and Irrigation works are performed by contractor in strict accordance with the approved schedule and Contract specifications.
b) Assist inspectors on site work, issues of the contractor activities in accordance with all HSE regulations and safety plan.
c) Full Knowledge of O&M;activities from planting to nourishment period for all types of landscape Assets and irrigation networks.
d) Familiar with evaluating contractor maintenance performance task on daily basis with mutual agree tasks with contractor engineer for monthly interim payment.
e) Reporting to ARE/RE for any potential daily work of the contractor that have direct impacts on landscape assets in accordance to approved schedule and as per contract specifications.
f) Maintain a detailed diary of the day’s work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labor and equipment used, etc. and sign at the end of each day as directed by the RE/ARE.
g) Preparing of daily /weekly reports with photos and forward to ARE for reviewing and maintain the record of daily reports.
h) Coordinate with the contractor’s engineer/ foreman in charge of the daily work to advice on the proper execution of the work and maintain high quality assurance.
i) Coordinate with the contractor surveyor for measurement of completed work in accordance with the plans and specifications for as-built drawings.
j) Report to ARE or RE any failure of the Contractor to perform the work on the site and advise the contractor as per contract specifications and to provide good workmanship.
k) Process the Inspection Requests and maintain records of their status as and when requested by the contractor.
l) Monitor the contractor for safe working practice and compliance with all HSE regulations and the contractor’s Project Safety Plan.
Participate in all site safety training and comply with all site safety protocols.
m) Maintain detailed records of work performed by the contractor in case the work is performed on a Day Works basis.
n) Act in a professional way but firm in dealings with the Contractor for any instruction given on site.
o) Assist in preparation of ‘as-bult’ drawing for work completed as per quality standard and approved inspection requests.
p) Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
BSc – Agricultural Engineer or MSc-Horticultural with 5 years of experience
Diploma in Agricultural with 8 years of experience
Excellent MS Office and IT Skills
Good command of Arabic / English (Communication and writing skills)
UAE Driving License is a must
