This position will be based in Abu Dhabi. We require an Organizational Development Executive to provide a range of consultation services to team leaders and senior management on the development and implementation of: Key Strategies, Change Management, Organization, Effectiveness, Performance, and Training. Candidate will be required to orchestrate cultural development for creating and sustaining a high performing organization ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Call out, Facilitate and collect Department’s excellence initiatives participation in the internal corporate magazine.
• Manage Corporate’s Documents lifecycle
• Manage Survey & Data collection process and feedback reporting
• Research & Maintain Awards calendar & coordinate participation
• Manage Innovation Process Administrative Process
• Internal department’s filing and case recording.
• Excellence & Management systems Write-up & Submission
• Identify and intervene in Organizational Behaviour & Change Case Analysis and management reporting.
• Initiate and Assist in organization assessments, and makes recommendations for change,
• Provides coaching, facilitation, team development, whole systems analysis, process re-engineering and organization development services in consultation with executive leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization’s strategic plans
• Proactively addresses and responds to O.D. issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting the implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development and performance analysis.
• Assist in designing new structures and jobs, and works to redesign management processes to meet quality standards.
• Creates and implements staff development programs that support the organization’s succession planning objectives and foster a highly effective management and leadership structure
• Manages the work of outside consultants when used.
• Other duties as assigned
