The Organization:
Our client is an investment company that works on agricultural regional and international projects. Their head office is in Abu Dhabi. They are hiring a Business Analyst to be responsible for the following.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies;
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports;
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements;
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures;
المهارات
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Strong technical skills – Excel mainly;
• Good theoretical understanding of finance, accounting;
• A natural analytical way of thinking;
Education & Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor degree;
• CFA certification (any level);
• Fresher to 1.5 years’ experience;
• Currently in UAE (either residence or visit VISA)
