To increase the revenue of the business through the sale of membership to prospective members.
To deal with existing members membership queries and administration.
To gain awareness of the facilities to assist with the sale of memberships and to generate leads.
To conduct sales tours of the facilities and give guidance to prospective customers on the type of membership category best suited to their needs and requests as directed by the Company standard.
To ensure all prospective members receive the appropriate information and tour of the facilities.
To be responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed accordingly.
To be responsible for recording daily sales and to be familiar with the total membership sales for the club.
In conjunction with the Club Manager be responsible for the management of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly target achievement report.
To be fully aware of promotional activities and sales targets.
To achieve on a weekly basis standards and target, as set down by the company with regard to the following Key Performance Indicators:
To have complete understanding of sales.
Communication and rapport.
Time management skills and daily planner.
Prospecting.
Telephone Inquiries.
Creating a positive first impression at the Initial Contact.
Determining your guests’ goal with the Guest Card.
Presenting the club effectively.
Price presentation and closing sale.
Overcoming guest concerns.
Creating more business with Referrals
Following up on the missed guests correctly.
How to service the new member.
To attend monthly sales meetings to provide relevant information pertaining to memberships sales.
To be accountable for all invoice handling, reporting any mistakes or shortfalls immediately.
To carry out competitor analysis on a regular basis in order to provide information which can be used positively when selling the club.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 3 years sales and marketing experience.
• Age from 25- 40 years old.
• Excellent Command of both English and Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working in sales and marketing team environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Keynote or MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access or similar database to basic level and Outlook
• Experience in a sales or business generation role.
• Familiarity and understanding of the constructions, Maintenances industries and the changing market trends
• Understanding of marketing methods and able to provide marketing content.
